La téléconsultation, comment ça marche ?
Une téléconsultation se déroule comme une consultation classique :
- Vous prenez rendez-vous directement sur votre application Maiia.
- Le jour J, vous vous connectez via l’application quelques minutes avant le rdv et vous patientez jusqu’à ce que le médecin entame la téléconsultation.
- A l’issue de la téléconsultation, le médecin peut établir, une ordonnance, qui sera disponible directement sur l’application.

Dans quels cas téléconsulter ?
C’est au médecin que vous allez téléconsulter de vous informer des modalités de réalisation de la téléconsultation (motifs de consultations, etc.).
Voici plusieurs cas couramment traités par spécialité :

Généraliste : Renouvellement d’ordonnance, Mal de tête, Fièvre, Grippe, Mal de ventre, Migraine, Intoxication alimentaire, Rhume, Rhinite, Allergies, Cholestérol.

Cardiologue : Suivi de l'hypertension artérielle, Analyse sanguine, Analyse biologique, Renouvellement de traitement.
Gynécologue : Renouvellement de pilule, Contraception, Grossesse, Cancer du sein, Règles douloureuses, Infection urinaire, MST, Ménopause, Accouchement.
Pédiatre : Vaccins, Allergies, Otite, Angine, Varicelle, Fièvre, Troubles digestifs, Diarrhée, Suivi de maladie chronique.

La téléconsultation est-elle remboursée ?
Pour être remboursée, la téléconsultation doit s’inscrire dans le respect du parcours de soins coordonné prévu par l’Assurance Maladie :
- vous devez avoir eu au moins une consultation physique avec lui (cabinet, domicile patient ou établissement de santé) au cours des 12 derniers mois précédant la téléconsultation,
- avoir été adressé au médecin téléconsultant par votre médecin traitant si celui-ci n’est pas votre médecin traitant.

Quelques exceptions pour :
- l’accès aux spécialistes en accès direct (gynécologie, ophtalmologie, stomatologie, chirurgie orale, psychiatrie et pédiatrie),
- les patients âgés de moins de 16 ans,
- une situation d’urgence,
- les patients sans médecin traitant.

Une téléconsultation est facturée au même tarif qu’une consultation physique, selon la spécialité et le secteur d’exercice du médecin téléconsultant et elle est prise en charge par l’Assurance Maladie à hauteur de 70 %.

De même, le tiers payant est appliqué pour :
- les patients en affection de longue durée,
- les femmes enceintes,
- les patients bénéficiaires de la Complémentaire santé solidaire (ex CMU-C) ou de l’aide à l'acquisition d'une complémentaire santé (ACS).

Pour les autres patients, le tiers payant pourra être proposé par le professionnel de santé.

Connectez-vous sur votre espace patient depuis votre smartphone, tablette ou ordinateur pour consulter un médecin instantanément. Après avoir complété vos informations médicales (ou celles du proche que vous accompagnez) et entré votre carte Vitale, vous êtes invité à lancer la téléconsultation. Un médecin vous prendra en charge pour une consultation médicale à distance et posera son diagnostic si les conditions le permettent. Il vous indiquera quoi qu’il arrive les moyens de régler votre souci de santé ou les spécialistes à consulter. Vous retrouverez les éléments de réponse dans votre espace personnel et sécurisé.

MEDADOM, paiement et remboursement

Avant de lancer la demande de téléconsultation, vous êtes invité à entrer votre carte bancaire. Les consultations avec les médecins sont toutes aux tarifs de secteur 1 (majorations les week-end, soirs et jours fériés) et nous pratiquons le tiers payant. Cela veut dire que les téléconsultations sont prises en charge par la sécurité sociale au même titre qu’une consultation en cabinet. Le reste à charge est remboursé par votre mutuelle.

Qui sont les médecins qui répondent à vos questions sur MEDADOM ?

Les médecins et professionnels de santé partenaires de MEDADOM sont salariés de nos centres de santé partenaires. 4/ Après la téléconsultation, retrouvez votre compte-rendu de consultation dans votre espace patient, ainsi que d’éventuels autres documents médicaux.

Records your talk or snoring while you are asleep (automatic or manual sensitivity level, records only snoring using smart snoring detection), creates the graph of noise in room during the night, takes the total time of snoring down.

Snoring detection is based on artificial intelligence (A.I.) with the support of a new Apple machine learning technology. By using a large number of snoring samples, we can achieve high accuracy in statistics and in snoring detection itself.

Your payment will be charged to your iTunes Account as soon as you confirm your purchase. You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal from your Account Settings after the purchase. Your subscription will renew automatically, unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The cost of renewal will be charged to your account in the 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. When canceling a subscription, your subscription will stay active until the end of the period. Auto-renewal will be disabled, but the current subscription will not be refunded. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription.

Staying Alive is an app that allows anyone trained (or not) in CPR to help save a victim of cardiac arrest by being alerted by Emergency Medical Services (EMS).

Our mission:

In France, there are 50,000 sudden cardiac arrests per year. The survival rate from this scourge is less than 10%. Our mission is to respond to the life-threatening emergency of cardiac arrest by engaging a trained, committed and supportive community to create a safer world.

Your role downloading Staying Alive:

You directly help the victim by performing a CPR or by getting a defibrillator.
Our app allows each citizen to help in the event of cardiac arrest by doubling the victim's chances of survival (1 minute lost is 10% less chance of survival).
You actively participate in creating an AED database provided free of charge to EMS.
